The title says it all
Knockdown by Athletic Brewing Company tastes like the name suggests. This is an easy drinking brew that goes down easily. I could drink several of these in the hot tub and feel good about hydrating while soaking.
Athletic Brewing describes this brew as a hazy pale with earthy aromas of florals and wood. To me, Knockdown tastes bready, sweet and citrusy. It has a fleetingly, short finish with a light and pleasant bready aftertaste. There’s not much bitterness, though still enough to let you know it’s a nonalcoholic beer.
Like the name suggests, it’s easy to knock a few of these down.
Apparently others found that to be true as well because this is one of many Athletic Brewing Company beers that is currently sold out. I’ve had a few of Athletic’s pilot brews and this is one I would like to see in their general rotation.
